When a woman reaches the age of marriage, she has to follow the laid done rules and laws that come with the head of the family. These rules are subject to women battering, and they feel alienated. Both men and women tend to work long hours in paying employment, and an hike is given to women to remain in the labor force even after having given birth. Studies have shown strike women in China are more likely to remain in those abusive relationships because of existence of unsteady property rights.
